Placing Orders
At Aroma Factory, orders can be placed on our website by using following payment methods:

When placing an order, both a local contact telephone number and email address is required so that we and/or our courier can contact you about your order, should it be necessary. (Your information here will only be used for delivery contact, if you have any questions about how we collect and use your information, please kindly refer to our Privacy Policy for more details)
Upon receipt we will prepare your order for shipping. Typically, we will arrange shipping with a mix of services between FedEx, DHL, and UPS within 1-2 business day of receiving your order.

Order Status
Your order number will be confirmed during the order taking process. It will also be confirmed, upon completion, by email.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once shipping has been arranged. For the majority of orders this will also include Tracking details for your shipment.
